This may be old news, but I noticed that the main character on CSI used an Inova X5 with the tactical tailcap switch last night. It was when he examined the rash on the bottom of a coworkers foot. Not sure if it was a white or blue LED version.

I thought it was white as well. What was the light that was mostly slender but had a large head? I also noticed what I thought was a Scorpion right at the beginning of the show as he was overlooking the awning where the female's body had fallen...was it a scorpion?

You guys are geeks! I say that because I'm jealous. I usually watch CSI but missed it last night.
I had replied to this in another section--I think that first light was a Scorpian as well. I think the big headed light was a Ultrastinger HP..and then the Inova. I don't think the Inova was white but I could be wrong--looked almost UV to me...

White, I think, with a dubbed in on/off "click" sound, unless McGizmo put one in for them.
