Hi,
The kind of stuff I am gonna be doing most of the time is rc stuff. ie. Soldering wire to bullet connectors etc.
It's important that I am able to sit the iron up like this http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff296/jamato88/Soldering-iron-D1.jpg or parallel to the table even to get access to the tip while having my hands free.
Can this be done with the CSI 1A? In pictures I've saw of the CSI it looks like the only way is to place it is downward at an angle into a tube.
