An approximate re-rate formula for a bulb to figure current is as follows:
[(Va/Vd)^0.55]Id=Ir
Where:
Va= Applied voltage
Vd= design voltage
Id= design current
Ir= re-rated current
None of that "dude I'm from India" excuse on this one. India has had Math for thousands of years...

PS: the "dude I'm from india and therefor ....." would have a lot more impact if you were to edit your information to include this: Consider something clever like "India, Dude!"
