Custom foam

Where exactly can I get custom foam which doesn't require bulk buy? Looking for specific cutouts to fit the casing I want and to fit in the items.

Don't know where you're based, but in the past I've just asked my local Flight-Case manufacturer to cut me some pieces. I'm based in the uk, and can reccomend some guys if you're over here, but I've no idea about the States.
