Will does some great work. The custom 18650 and C cell holders are fantastic. If I ever get around to taking some pic's of the lights he made for me, I will post them.

If you are a fan of the short Mag's, don't hesitate to get one of these.

OK, the co-worker who wanted a really small 1xD no longer wants it :shakehead

So here it goes for sale

It is cut/designed to work with a "D" size cell (tube length is about 148mm), as you can see in the pictures here. I modified the tailcap so that that the spring seats 0.5" deeper into the tailcap:

Here is how an Alkaline "D" cell fits inside a standard 1xD host - note that there is good space for a longer cell in there with the standard tailcap/spring:

Here in the right is the shorty 1xD also with the same "D" Alkaline cell:

and here is the resulting "short" tailcap/spring on the left vs. the standard one on the right:

I have plans to create a fixture for tri-boring, but I don't have it yet, so I currently can't offer the tri-boring service. Forum member Jesus Hernandez offers tri-boring:
