cutdown and bored Mag - what to get?

Sorry, I am not sure and cannot find exact info on "cutdown and bored":

say I want a "3 pieces 18650 in a mag": what to "order",
same for a "4 pieces 18650 in a mag" (Is this even possible?)

I even was not able to find anyone who offers such in the moment, just few time ago, there were several...

4 x 18650's can be done in a bored 2D mag. They can be mounted series/parallel. This would make for a really long running ROP. 2 x 18650 can be mounted in the same manner but less voltage. Have a 2D Mag cutdown and bored. Match that with a Flupic , heatsink and a Cree. Great setup. PM me if you need some hints.

The most one could get from a D size mag was 4 in 17670. 4 in 18650 is physically imposible to fit.
