Cutters MCPCBs?

I need some advice on the Cutters 17mm MCPCBs for the XR-E...

I need to know if they can be filed down to 16mm. the closer to a pic I found I fouund is this http://ww.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut500

I don't see why not. Is there a reason you think filing them down will cause a problem?
