cygolite dualcross upgrade

i've been running my dualcross on Cree star leds since moddin' it last February and it certainly was a great improvement. Well, you know how it is, gettin' more confident, all the faster descents and ..now considering another possible upgrade. Could it be with P7 emitters? Changing drivers is no option. Anybody could suggest if it's worth trying?

No it isn't - P7 don’t have better efficiency than Cree XR-E, so replacing cree’s is pointless in that case.
