Has any one seen a flash light that uses D or C cells? with a diameter to fit bike stem holder rigg??? I realy need to use NiMH batterys. and run a Q5 emmiter or maybe 3.

What is a "bike stem holder rigg" ?
Do you mean that you'd like to use a threadless stem (typically 25.4mm, 26mm or 31.8mm clamp on one end, 1" or 1 1/8" clamp on the other) as a light mount where you'd clamp the stem to the handlebar, and then use the clamp that usually goes on the fork steerer to clamp the flashlight?
The Lowes Task Force light with the CREE emitter and 2xC cells might fit the bill. You might need to remove the rubber grip. I don't know its exact measurements though I suspect even with the rubber grip removed it might be a little too big. But if you have a very straight 1"/25.4mm handlebar, I suppose you could use a 31.8mm stem using the 31.8mm clamp for the flashlight and the 1" or 1 1/8" end on the handlebar if you manage to wiggle it on.

yes this could maybe work...if I could find aUS scource....also I saw this one another thread but no link there either. LumaPower MRV (2nd Gen) ??? well if some one could give me a link... i never have enough to search the net, it used to be easy to find things on the web, but now I have to wade threw tons of usless data.
A US source? You could try looking at lowes.com. If they don't have the Task Force CREE 2xC cell light for mail order, see if they have a store near you and ask if they have them there.

I would like to know more about what you used for your homemade holder. I would like to try it out. Are they some sort of conduit brackets I can get at Home Depot or something like that? I am currently using 2 hose clamps with heat shrink on the bands on my 18650 flashlight which is very secure for sure but not a quick removal obviously for when I want to switch from one vehicle to another.
these are clamps to mount plastic pipes for electrical wire installation,
very common here, every home depot market has them.
