Damaged Li-ion battery?

I have a Unprocted 18650 battery that I got from lighthound. I am useing it in a ROP LE. I used tinfoil in the tail cap and may have used to much. The bottom (-) end of the battery is indented. Is this bad? It still works. Thanks.
