I don't know whats going on out of no were my glow toob Fx green just stopped working. I tryed 2 different brand new batteries. What do you think the warranty on these things are.

They've got a lifetime warranty. Just shoot them an email explaining the problem, and usually they'll respond with where to ship it and probably ask to include a description with the nature of the problematic issue. Hope this helps.

Not sure if you have yet or not, but you also might want to try using a battery with a plastic cap around the terminal instead of a paper/cardboard one. Mine came with the cardboard head, and was really difficult to get it to function...switched to a platic topped duracell and it worked perfectly...

Well i found the problem. It seems that the cell in the unit had created some oxidation on the spring inside. I went over it with a small brass brush and threw in a new cell and it works just fine. Thank You for the help.:thumbsup:
