Well I bought a 6p incan about 2-3 months ago, and it stopped working after a couple weeks, I figured dead batteries because it was my first one i was playing with it constantly. Well I finally replaced the batteries and it was still dead, sent them an email with no reply. Finally got the time to call them today.

I have to say even though their email response is worthless they are the best, they're sending me two new bulbs, and a tailcap THAT I BROKE trying to see what was wrong with it, for no charge.

Anyway, gotta say kudos to surefire for having the best service ever. Now if i can only get comcast to give me a working DVR box ill be a happy guy.

Sent back an L2 that I had for over a year that I ABUSED and used(firefighter/emt). Got it back working like new, no charge, no questions.

i think for people living outside USA may not have the same privilege as surefire customer in USA. we either have to go thru a distributor here or sent it directly back to surefire...

and we have to call them instead of emailing them..
