Difference between USVOI and USVOH?

I'm still learning the coding system... What is the difference between Seoul's USVOI and USVOH emitters?

The last letter on the part code gives the forward voltage at 350mA.

To get 350mA flowing through a P4, a H-type device needs between 3.0 and 3.25 volts, and an I-type device needs 3.25V to 3.5V.
