Discharge characteristics for DL123 cells?

Wondering if you pros can help. I'm looking to understand the 123 lithium cells better, especially its discharge characteristics.

Does anyone put out chargts of current versus time versus voltage graphs? i.e. At 500mah, how does the voltage drop through the life of the cell? How about 400mah etc?

If anyone knows of any links, that'd be great.

In particular, I wanted to know about the voltage drop as the cell is used up. There is the assumption that lithium cells maintains its voltage well as the capacity is used up but apparently this is not so?
