Do all compact Petzl's have noticeable PWM on low?

I just recently got a Tikka Plus 2, and I like it for the independent white and red light capability. But, the very obvious PWM flicker on low bugs me. I was thinking about picking up the XP 2 with the hope that it would have a better low, but I have my doubts. Any recommendations?

I'd be willing to consider other brands as well, I just have to have white and red capability (otherwise, I'd love to have the saint minimus...)

to be honest, I've thrown my tikka plus 2 to the side in favor of the energizer 1xAA headlamp. I got it in a package at costco ($26 - no longer available) that also included the newer energizer 1xAA flashlight. Both have variable output, controlled by holding down the power button. On it's very lowest setting, the PWM is about as noticeable, but the neutral white tint and extremely useful beam profile help to make up for it. The large, bright, squarish hotspot seems to make the PWM less noticable.

[edit] It's called the trailfinder micro. I know Ogg Vorbis said he pulled a WF bin Q4 from one, but there's just no way that my headlamp or flashlight are over 6000K.

An old Tikka XP, E+lite and Myo XP have no PWM, they have a set of resistors.

The Tikka XP has an old inefficient Luxeon LED, it’ll be a good light only if you mod it.

My Tikka XP2 have a noticeable PWN on low. It is the first light I own that I can see the PWN with my eyes. I'm not really sensitive to PWN.. it does not bother me that much.

The new Princeton Tec models also use a noticable PWM. I'm sticking with the EOS until the Zebralight h51 comes out.
