Do black NovaTac's flicker?

Some do dome don't. It does not matter what color it is. My older Novatac sometimes flickers on the lowest setting, but not on any other setting. IIRC Novatac says it is "normal on the lowest setting". But please correct me if I am wrong!

My flicker when battery gets depleted and I change levels from high to low.
It is very annoying, and definitely not normal.
I am not buying more Novatacs.:thumbsdow

my black 120-T does flicker sometimes.
sometimes after more than 8 hours of unused my switch fail to switch ON,i just move the clip left & right and it's back to normal ever since.
