Do think these ratings are true ?

I saw an LED spotlight with 6 leds that draws 1.3 amps @12volts and claims to have a 1500 lumen output for 49.99 . Do you think this is possible only drawing 1.3 amps or is it typical advertising BS ? Thanks in advance for your thoughts !
