Does a SF G2 w/AN14 plus Cree module need spacer?

Can I fit three CR123s in this setup and will I need a spacer? What's a decent DIY solution if I need a spacer?

I mentioned the Cree module just so's you all know I don't intend to drive the regular filament with 9V. :duh2:

Hi,

If you have the G2 and buy the AN14 Battery Adapter to use the B65 Rechargeable Battery Pack, you have to use the Battery Spacer Z29 to be able to still use the light with 2 cell 123A Lithium, or remove the AN14.

The Z29 is almost 52mm long and a 1 cell 123A lithium is 34mm long... Therefore you would need a short spacer if you are planning to use 3 cell 123A lithium in this setup, and I don't know if anybody makes one... :thinking:
