Does any one know of a place to order just a few cr123a batteries at a good price?

Most online retailers have deals on a bulk order of cr123a batteries. I just need to order 3 or 4 of these batteries.

Does any one know of a place to order a few cr123a batteries at a good price with out a minimum price order or outrageouly high shipping cost?

Try TTS (Texas Tactical Supply). Their standard price on Panasonic 123s is $1.99. Email them, maybe for just a few they could US Mail them for cheaper than a standard UPS. Doesn't hurt to ask. Yeah, there may be some advertised as cheaper, but TTS has a good reputation. Shipping charges are your problem here.

GE/Sanyo 123's are $21.99 for twelve. The last time I ordered shipping was $5.50 for one battery or a case. The GE/Sanyos have been very good.

Check surplus electronics & computer shops in your area. CR123's go for $5-$6 a pop in regular stores, but they can be had for $2.99 via a discount electronics shop.

While this is more $ than they can be ordered for, the shipping charges may cancel out any potential savings. Plus you will have them right away.. It's worth a try to call around and check.

You might try http://www.cheapbatteries.com they have all sorts of batteries at what seem to be reasonable prices, from Alkalines thru Lithiums.

Their NiMH selection (they have 1600 and 1800 mA/H NiMHs, no 2000s or 2100s yet) is here:

I have not personally dealt with them, so I can offer no comments pro or con.
