sunglob: no, it is not a LedLenser from Zweibrueder, the German text in the ebay site attacks the LedLensers in a rather harsh way. Let's see if there is something behind their great claims ...

I have never seen the FelxLight in an AAA version; I thought this was only available with four button cells.
and I cannot find it on the Zweibrueder website or at other dealers ...
have you tested it?

Bernhard, I always thought they only had the V8-360 too. I just stumbled on this one by accident...

I noticed there is no mentioning of it on the Zweibrueder site, you would have thought they would mention such an improvement...

Try Atzler, they have the MiniMoon, and yes, it runs off one AAA cell.

I really like the way things are developing with regards to single AAA lights.I like my Arc AAA but would like to have other comparable lights with different features that are absent on the Arc.

IMHO the V2 Mini Moon is too huge (11.2 cm), you are loosing the advantage of only one AAA battery.

I was talking about the V2 Micro, but I do not have any specs, just this pic:

It says that the runtime is up to 100 hrs with one batterieset, batteries (plurial), giftbox and sheet included.

I have it...

Pros:

+ sturdy housing (stainless steel)
+ 1 AAA operation (alkaline: runtime up to 5 hours)
+ Easy to modify
+ perfect one key operation:

* Pressing button short: Light stays on for 15 min max. (auto power off after warning)
* Pressing button short 2nd time: Forces slow blinking mode
* Pressing button 3rd time: Light off
* Pressing button longer than one second: Light goes on and stays on until button release
* Low Batt warning: Light flashes.

Cons:

- Ugly LED: Mid blue spot, yellow-brown corona; intensity near CMG Infinity
- Delicate push button
- Current consumption about 200 mA
- Heavy: About 57 g - that's about an ARC LS!

Recommended modification: New Coil, Nichia LED, reflector and lens.
After that it's a wonderful light.

Is it just me or do those Zweibruder lights look similar to the Eddie Bauer LED lights sold at Target?

Edit: One one of the other links, it showed a picture of that "smallest LED light in the world" - The one compared in size to a cigarette. That is definately sold at Target as one of the Eddie Bauer lights.
