Does FM24 diffuser fit right on the CB turbo head?

Does FM24 diffuser fit right on the CB turbo head?

Will it be just as secure as a plain bezzel or will it tend to fall off or something?

It's very secure. Rubber on the inside with a lever clamp to hold it in place. Without releasing the lever it would be very difficult to remove.
