Does olight customized18650's have ptc and cid protection?

I know it brags about having over charge and discharge protection, so it sounds like its got a pcb protection, but no word on cid or ptc protection

Don't hold me to it, but if I recall correctly all cells that get imported to the U.S. (if that's where you live) must have PTC and CID protection implemented into cells, while the PCB is optional. I can't recall where I read this or how true it is
