Dorcy 220 host .... Next king to mod ?

While replacing a broken emitter ( ER-E Q4) to an ER-E Q5 iv'e seem to come across

a huge space to put a driver in , that i have never seen in other peoples threads on this light

Its a great light and the with new Q5 its even brighter than it was before .

Im sure with the found space it could be bade into a multi mode light rather easily ... ??

I had to buy a soldering iron , so i guess i need to find a few more uses for it . ive ordered some 1600 Nimh cells for it too ...



The heatsink is .8 @ threads x .9 from top to end of spring .5 height of heatsink

My local Sears had them for $50.

I made a P7 mod to that host here. Light is 1 mode direct drive.
