Driver selection help for 3 x Q5s ?

i got one of these recently

the beam is great, the driver/electronics look REALLY cheap (i dont trust them)

id like a new "quality" driver (low-med-high)

IDEALY would love to be able to use 4 x rcr123

any ideas?
