I am looking for a well made but not expensive Keychain knife. It has to be small and relatively easy to sharpen. Any suggestions?

My vote is for the Schrade Simon SS1 ($12) or the small Victorinox that has blade, sissors, nail file tweezers & toothpick($19). You'd be amazed at how much more USED the sissors are than the knife blade !

The Schrade Simon lives on my keyring (along with an ARC AAA w/Berkeley mini-clip)! I like the carabiner style clip of the Simon!

My Spyderco Ladybug just came in. I was replacing a Bucklite with it. I was expecting something a little larger, but I checked it with a ruler and the blade is 2" Overall I'm pleased with it. It's my first Spyderco, but definitely not my last. I haven't put it on my keychain yet. I usually just shove it in my pocket with my keys. That's what I was doing with the Buck anyways. Problem is, I haven't gotten used to what this knife feels like in a pocket full of keys, so sometimes I fumble for it and end up emptying my pocket to find it.
