DX 1V~3V 5-Mode Circuit Board for Flashlights Specs

I finally got the boards in and had some time to run tests on them. First of all, the modes are high>low>slow strobe>fast strobe>beacon(one flash about every 8 seconds). No mode memory. Here are my results, I double checked every one to make sure it was correct. These were measured at the emitter which was a cree p4. The batteries were energizer 2500mah nimh aas and energizer aa alkalines.
2 alkaline:
High-.684A @3.14V Low-.225A @2.25V
2 nimh:
High-.689A @3.24V Low-.212A @2.26V
1 alkaline:
High-.291A @3.01V Low-.109A @2.30V
1 nimh:
High-.262A @2.99V Low-.096A @2.31V
