Ebay light, is it junk?

So, I'm tired of buying 123 batteries for my Surefire 6P and have been researching what to do about it. I've found a lot of great info on this sight and was considering modding my light but would also like to keep the option of using 123 lights "just in case." I know I can buy a new head for mine to keep this option but I found this item on ebay that cost less than a new head and it's a whole flashlight! But if it's junk I don't want it. What do you think?
