Has any one seen this? Emotions Laser $45

It looks interesting from the pictures at the bottom. But I wonder how good it is or if there is something cheaper and better out there.

Thoughts?

Yes, the picture reminds me of the laser pod but without the blue clouds. And much cheaper.
