Playboy Joe Shmoe, I believe I read sometime ago you had this light:

Energizer Swivel Head Flashlight, and was disappointed it was 4 AA in parallel. If so, here is a quick reversable mod to make the battery pack 4AA in series. You will need some foil and electrical tape.
