Ergo Xray easter egg?

Just playing around with my Ergo Xray, I stumbled upon an undocumented feature??

When the light is off, pressing the "Mode" button momentarily turn on the internal case blue LED....

And- holding the mode button when the light is on make the leds "Chase"

Speaking of the Eternalight code: anyone know how the G/W and R/W lights select the lamp set? Which key or keys are used? (It's not in the downloadable docs.)

According to the site:

When an eternaLight with a GW option is first turned on, only the green lamp set turns on, this is to preserve night vision. You may select which lamp set you would like to use by simply pressing a button. All other modes function the same except they use the lamp set you selected. However, the dazzle mode will continue to use all lamps regardless of the lamp set you select. Battery life and pricing are the same, the GW option is a special order option.

Call me a stickler for details, but I'd like to know which button....

There are three and the one on the right turns it off. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'd go for the "adjust" first, if that doesn't do it- go for the "Mode"... mine only has white LEDs... so I can't say for sure.

Press Power: The outer 2 (green or red) turn on.
W/power on, press "Adjust": The inner 2 whites turn on along with the colors.
Press "Adjust" again: The outer 2 colors extinguish, whites stay on.
" " " : Switches from the whites back to colors.
