Fenix Battery Question

I've been looking at the broad array of lights in a quest for a light for LE use. Most manufacturers have listed CR123a, RCR123, 18650 if they can all be used. In looking at Fenix, I have noticed that some of their lights only list the CR123a for the required battery. Two that come to mind are the TK10 and TA20. Will these also take the Li-ion and 18650 batteries?

I want to get the best light for our officers, but budget will most likely dictate some type of rechargeable setup.

No. Fenix does not have good support for rechargeables. The TK11 does support 18650 however.
