Fenix E0 converter board

I was re-reading NewBie's thread about putting an XR-E in an E0, and I thought it would also be nice if it were possible to decrease the output, since he reported that the output jumped way up with the Cree. I was thinking of perhaps making an E0 with an XR-E and modded board that put out just 1-2 lumens but for a really long time.

Does anyone know details about the E0's board?
