Fenix L2T on low compared to Opalec Newbeam?

Gents, can you please let me know how the output of an L2T set on low compares to an Opalec Newbeam?

They're two different kinds of LED lights. The L2T projects a bright usable beam that is a bit more than what you might get from a conventional incandescent 2D torch but with much more light output, where as the Opalec is 3 5mm LEDs that produces a nice little flood for close range work.
