Well, it doesn't look like a true clicky in the video. It just looks like it's momentary only. Care to elaborate? :duh2:

No man, he's just got a grommet on the end and is using the play in the threads to fake momentary. I used my old LOD the same way..........back it off just a bit from on and then hold the head with your pinky and press with your thumb. It works great! if you want a true clicky for your LOD just buy a Streamlight Microstream and put your LOD head on that.

If you get into the habit of twisting the the barrel until the light just turns off, you can turn on the light just by 'bending' it a bit with your thumb.

Otherwise, adding a tail switch might just might make it too long for comfortable key chain carry.
