***Fenix PD20+ pocket clip lost.-!FOUND ONE! WOW! UPDATED 3/13***

I recently acquired a PD20+ about a week ago and have already lost the pocket clip!:shrug: I emailed Fenix in China and they told me that they could not get me a new one, that I would have to get one from a dealer. I have called about four dealers here in SoCal ,and they all told me that they could not get it for me either.. How do I get another clip now..Fenix`s customer service does not seem to help much.... Fenix declined to help you not even offer to let you purchase a new one? Thats not good. Maybe someone here on CPF would be willing to part with their clip if they don't use it.

Yes, I thought that was weird that they would not sell me one. I emailed Fenix in China again, this time they told me that they are going to try and find a dealer here in the USA who has them..I called/emailed all the Fenix dealers that I could find online and it seems no one has them...If I cant even buy/find a replacement pocket clip, this is going to be my last FENIX!!!!!:thumbsdow After owning more than 10 different light made by them..

First of all, I'm sorry for the poor customer service you've received from several of the Fenix dealers that you've contacted. As a Fenix distributor for the Midwest (Fenix Outfitters), I'm embarrassed by the treatment you've been given.

I'll be happy to send you a free pocket clip as a replacement. Please email me your address and I'll make sure we send out one tomorrow via Priority Mail.

Just to give everyone a update..I didnt even see the previous post until now. Well Fenix in China set me up with a very nice dealer out here in the U.S., which was Fenixoutfitters. So I sent them a email. Daniel and Zane went out of their way to take care of me. They quickly replied to me and told me that they were out of stock of the PD20+ clips and he would give me a clip off a new PD20+, but he was also out of stock on those too. These guys sent me a brand new Fenix LD10 , at no charge, so I could have a usable flashlight with a clip, until they got a shipment of clips or PD20+s in. They sent me tracking info and also sent it Priority mail! I could not believe the GREAT CS!!! After about a week, they sent me the clip at no charge, again sending tracking info and Priority mail, and they also threw in a extra goodie!!! A Fenix diffuser cap! Fenix Outfitters are for sure my #1 GO-TO guys now! WOW!! Hats off to Daniel and Zane over at Fenixoutfitters! :twothumbs

I just had to bump this thread for the AWESOME CS I received from Zane and Daniel at Fenixoutfitters. I honestly have NEVER experienced such great customer service from a company before! Another :twothumbs for Zane and Daniel!
