I lost my mini-mag and just bought a PD30 to replace it.

I'm now looking for the 3V rechargable batteries and charger.
Let me know which you recommend and also any other info about the PD30.

I don't have info about batteries but I do own one.

I had mine for a month and used it enough to go through two batteries.
(I say had because the LED lens fell off. I'm the only person to ever have this happen so no worries.)

The ONLY problem I've had was the low battery indicator. Instead of flashing every 15 seconds or whatever. Every setting (except low) would strobe real fast in what appeared to be High setting and then would strobe low in what appeared to be a mix between low and medium. Turbo did this too. The low worked fine.

So if that happens to yours too, it's not broken, just replace the batteries.

That was on cr123's so it might be different with different batteries.

I'll be very happy to get mine back. Perfect EDC for me. A couple other officers here are ordering them too.

The JD forum guys pointed me this way.

I did a search here about batteries and opinions seem to change often.
I'm just looking for 4x rechargables with charger.

Any more help appreciated.
