Fenix PD36R Pro tail switch doesn’t work properly

Just received new PD36R Pro. Rear switch doesn't always work, sometimes I click all the way and nothing happens, sometimes it switches on. Smaller button works all the time. Any ideas if it's fixable or should I return it?
