So I am getting my wife a flashlight for Christmas. I bought her a Fenix PD32 then I started looking and Fenix also has a TK line. So what is the difference? I am assuming the TK line is tactical so is it built better? Would it be more dependable if she needs it for things that go bump in night?
Thanks for your help

The TK line is their "tactical" line - typically higher power and running on CR123s. Which means you tend to get very specific shapes - the so-called "cigar" grip, for example.

You won't go wrong with a Fenix TK light as a bedstand "bump in the night" light, but in my opinion it isn't particularly necessary.

PD32 is fine for her. The TK series are bigger, which means that it will be cumbersome for her to carry it with her.

Fenix lights are generally very robust, so you don't have to worry about her PD32 breaking down or anything.
