My new TK11 R5 is a great light with two power settings, but mine actually has 3. The LED stays on at a barely visible level unless I loosen the battery cap, but then the button does not turn on the light. Anyone else heard of this? I don't know if it is a benefit so I can find it in the dark on the dresser, or if it is a detriment by giving my position away in the dark before I want to turn it on. I wonder what the long term effects will be on the LED. Anyone have any ideas?
