Fenix TK10 spacer ring on a TK12 R5?

Will the orange spacer ring from the TK10 fit and function on a TK12 R5 properly? I hate those damn metal cigar type rings, I can see their usefulness for tactical or LEO purposes but for the normal user their just a pain in the you know what.

A few months ago ,here at CPF ,i think i saw a picture..It was a TK11 with this coper colour space ring.I guess it can also be installed on a TK12
