Cyril, I think those are the rubber end caps that came when Otok shipped the VIP 2xAA battery tubes a few months ago.

Hello Ray,

I got to try out the carry pouch last night. I am very pleased.

It keeps the LionHeart very secure. I had a little bit of difficulty extracting the LionHeart at first. The knurling seemed to want to grab the inside of the pouch. My wife offered another perspective on this. She said that I should hold it straight when I pull it out (along with some comments about my "love handles" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif ). With that minor adjustment, everything seems to be working fine now.

I tried the snap belt loop and it seems to hold fine. I ended up using the closed belt loop because of the extra security. The LionHeart is my Christmas present, I don't want to loose it in the crowded shopping areas.

The D ring is also a very nice feature. I can clip it into my back pack and not have to dig for the LionHeart.

I also noticed that this pouch works well with my L4 as well. The U2 is too big for it, but I did manage to stuff my 8NX in it. I have other pouches for these lights, but just wanted to explore my possibilities.

All in all a great pouch. Once again thanks.

( I will donate $1 to CPF on every pouch sold for this 3rd run to provide financial support... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif ) Not sure how I can do this since I am still new to CPF.

I've came across many pouches, this one is far from perfect, but for the money I think it is a very good compromise.

Also, Second batch will be in Monday, or Tuesday the latest. I will ship out once the shipment is in my procession before 22nd deadline.
