The model that provides a 30 fpm options will operate for 12 hours + or - on 8 Duracell AA batteries. The model with multiple flash patterns flashing a 125 per minute lasts 24+ hours. ?????????????
The manufacture claims same diodes and current draw in both units. I would like another option for my bouy. My battery compartment is 2" ID x 6" Any ideas and recommendations are very much appreciated.
