I am giving some thought to a combination LED flashlight/power bank. Battery Junction carries some. What would be some of the better choices?

Very much depends on what you want to spend.
There are some big lights that run on multi cells that can be a powerbank, but could cost hundreds.

this SPERAS P4 is rated high & can be used as a powerbank > top off a phone
uses a 21700 and can be purchased for $73 using coupon LABOR33 from brightlumenshop

then there's this (use the same coupon) $282

Here are two I've had for a while. Use good cells.

For something a bit smaller, there's the Klarus EC20 USB-C rechargeable LED flashlight.

Two versions exist. One with a built-in power bank option for $32.oo from Battery Junction. One without that option for $20.oo

Both versions look the same on the outside, so be careful if you decide to order one. Considering the size, guessing it's more along the lines of a very portable emergency power bank for charging up a cellphone. Something like a lip-stick tube power bank charger. I EDC one of those in my work bag. From a completely dead phone battery, I can get 33% charge on my phone; if the lip-stick tube is fully charged.

Not ideal. But the emphasis is on portability. Quite frankly, if I didn't already own a lip-stick tube power bank charger, I'd buy the EC20.
