Flashlight ID

Can anybody help me out and ID this flashlight? Picked it up in a lot and wanted to find out a little more about it.

I d say something 2*18650 cheapo from shops like Dealextreme, or comparable,
pre 2010 at least

Look like old-school XR-E LEDs so circa 2010 isn't a bad guess.

Appreciate it guys. Guess I won't worry about it too much. I'll just run it till it quits and then toss it.

Those were sold under the brand Romisen. I'm pretty sure I was able to gut the head and fit it into a D cell Maglite. It also may have been the single LED version.
