Flattop / Tabs / Button Top Ni-MH? For my camera..

I was just directed to batterystation.com to pickup some CR123A's for my flashlight. I figured if I was making an order, I should get some rechargeable AA Ni-MH batteries for my girlfriends Kodak digital camera.

While looking at the page I see that there are Flattop / Tabs / Button Top batteries. What are these things? The camera's batteries look like "regular" AA's. (1600mAh)

Which batteries should I get?
