I have one. Purchased it off Ebay a couple of months ago. I had a problem w/ the foam ring where the positive ring of the battery goes, but removed it and have had no further problems. Mine said it had a P3 Luxeon in it. The light is very useable and mostly white. I added a clickie switch from Arc to mine & carry/use it that way. I like it. Generally I think it is worth $40 or $50, but wouldn't pay any more than that.

This light may have been put together by Moses or one of his relatives. I have bought some things from him, and he seems to be good to deal with. Perhaps you could find out more about the light by searching his posts.

Pretty hard to dispute a 100% positive record. Looks like it is an older Arc design. I personally wouldn't be interested in this light, as all the low domes I've come across have been disappointing to me.
 
I bought one of these from him some weeks ago, except it was a Q3 high dome. I use it with a 2AA battery pack. It's my most used light, much brighter than an early production Arc LS that I had. It has very constant light output as the batteries run down. I polished the raw aluminium, looks nice. It's well worth the price to me. If I were you I would hold out for a high dome. E-mail him and see if he plans on making any more with Q3 high domes.
