/Fresnel lens for mag

Anyone know of a fresnel lens that would fit a mag with a led under it. Would it be able to focus into a useable beam. I know the new surefire M3t uses a fresnel system of some sort with an MCE under it.

Have you tried this lens with one of the cree's alone. What was the effect?

I have tried a lot of fresnels but not that one. I am just going on memory but I seem to remember a CPF member Nereus? or something like that using that particular one. It requires the cutting away of the excess but that is not to difficult with some simple dremel attachments or even better a band saw. The throw will not be quite as good as an equivalent sized normal lens but can definitely do the job.
