Fun Source 360 Pro LED Safety Light?

Does anyone have the Fun Source 360 Pro LED Safety Light? I'd be interested in some feedback on it.

I'd also be interested in feedback on other LED blinkers.

I'm thinking of this in the context of attaching it to my backpack for walks, so bright, small and viewable from wide angles.
