G-10 Impact Tool Key Fob

Hey All.

Being toying with designing a relatively discreet tool for dissuading or dis-orienting an assailant. It had to be small enuff to go in your pockets, comfortable to be carried with keys. It also had to go in your hands nice and comfy for a healthy helping of "Whoopin' " when called upon.

Say hello to my little friend. Yet to name it...

Cut from 3/8 black G-10 this tool measures about 2.5" long by 2" wide.

Ergonomically it fits nicely in my hands. In a tightly curled fist this thing can deliver some very convincing hits. With a sharpened edge it will cut through clothes, leather and of course warm humans.

I'm planning to make a batch of these for anyone interested later on.

Any comments most welcomed.

Looks really cool and I'd be interested in getting one of these from you. Looks like it fits your in your hand very nicely. Perhaps your could name this the "Eyes-Scraper?" :poke: Just kidding...haha...Good work! :twothumbs

G-10 is frickin strong!
I don`t see any needs for sharpening though..

Somewhat similar design comes in AL but this is alot more "key-chain" friendley IMO...

Say, that's a great idea!! I will offer two or three more points then. Like Sharp point, a straight Edged one and .....ummmm...Ooooo! A Dagger shape one?

The popeye defender,equaliser or guardian something along those lines,

Oh one more thing!does this material lend itself to being name stamped?if so you could also offer to stamp names onto it :twothumbs

Dunno if it can be stamped. Seems like the material is a bit too hard and set to do so. Even if possible I wouldn't have the proper equipment for stamping. Now if I had a CNC machine....:p
