G2 Tail Switch

Can you disassemble the tail switch on a G2 Nitrolon? Seems like I got some corrosion in there and would like to try and clean it out. The light comes on if you screw it down all the way by won't work with the push button?!?!?!

i twisted mine while in a hot tub, got water in the switch. Surefire warrantied it for me.

I called Surefire and told them what it was doing and they sent me a new tail switch. Just got it today. Works great. The only issue is that the yellow color of the new tail switch doesn't match the flashlight body perfectly. Oh well I guess...
